Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
