Returns & Refunds Policy

At My Perfect Junk, operating under the brand name Suze’s Treasures, we specialize in vintage and curated items. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address

• Delays

• Buyer error

All items are sold as described and “as is”. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs prior to purchase, and to contact us with any questions before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Any resolution offered in such cases is at our sole discretion and does not constitute acceptance of a return, refund, or cancellation.

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any applicable customs fees. A Canadian return address will be provided only if required.
